Q. How do I make a purchase?
Step 1: Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and click on the shopping cart icon or 'Add to Cart' button. Please note that adding items to your cart will not secure the product(s) in your cart. To confirm your order, you must proceed with the agreement to the term and conditions. You may also opt to continue shopping and checkout at a later time.
Step 2: Upon completion of your information details, you can review your order before proceeding with agreeing to the term and conditions by clicking in the box provided.
Step 3: After your have completed the process, your invoice will be shown on screen. You will also receive a confirmation email from QazRISIS once we have verify your orders. Do keep this confirmation email should you require assistance with your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, do check your spam folder and add us to your 'safe' list. Otherwise, you can contact us. Upon completion of these 3 steps, your secured order form will reach us and we will proceed to process your order.
Q. Are my personal particulars kept private?
Your privacy and confidentiality is important to us, and we assure you that your information will be kept private and will not be shared with a third party at any point of time.
Q. Do you offer gift wrapping services?
QazRISIS specialises in helping you find a perfect gift for a loved one, and we want to help you make the gifting process as effortless as possible. Upon request, your item can be delivered in our branded packaging coupled with a ribbon, adding the perfect finishing touch to your gift to a loved one.
Please note that if you are requesting for your item to be gift wrapped, we can only offer this service for our smaller items. We are unable to offer this service for our larger items at the moment.
Q. How do I know my size?
If you are buying a piece of jewellery, you can refer to our Size Guide to ensure your purchase is a perfect fit. Our products all come with product measurements and attributes that you can refer to before making your purchase.
Q. What is the currency used to process my purchase?
Your order will be processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Q. What are the payment methods I can use?
At the moment, we accept only cash on delivery.
Q. Is it safe to order through the RISIS website?
Yes, QazRISIS guarantees the security of our website. Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information.
Q. How long do I have to wait to receive my purchase?
For local deliveries, we aim to get your order to you within 2 - 4 working days from the date of purchase. The delivery time estimate depends on the availability of the items in our stock. Deliveries will be made only on working days. We apologise that there will be no deliveries made on Fridays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays. Q. Does RISIS ship internationally?
At this moment, QazRISIS does not ship our product out of UAE.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?

Q. Can I collect my purchase on my own?
Yes you can. For orders made within UAE, you may choose to collect your order from our Main Office. Appointment has to be made.
Q. How much would delivering my purchase cost?
Local deliveries will incur a fee between AED 30 and AED 60 per delivery, depending on the location. To find out the exact cost of delivery to your location, select all the items you wish to purchase, place them in your cart, and use our delivery cost estimator which is available at the Checkout Page. Costs may vary depending on the destination of your packageto be delivered.
Q. Can RISIS deliver a gift to someone in a different country?
No not at the moment.
Q. What happens if I am not at home to receive the order when it is delivered?
As all our products are made of fine materials and are of high value, our courier service will be unable to drop off your package at your house should you not be at home. We will contact you before we proceed to your location. Arrangement will be made on your suitable timing.
Q. I have not received my order. What should I do?
If your package is taking more time than you thought it would to arrive, it is possible that we cannot locate or contact you before any delivery. Do ensure that you have provided all the necessary information, especially your contact number to ensure that you receive your purchase on time.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
QazRISIS regrets that any cancellation after orders have been successfully processed will not be approved.
Q. I have received a defective/faulty item. How do I proceed?
At providing quality products is one of our core values. If you discover a fault or defect in your item upon receiving it, do contact us immediately and send us your order number and details along with clearly documented pictures of the defect.
